Staying in Balance while trying to keep it all “in balance”

I have been reflecting on balance a lot lately.  Visioning it, seeking it, finding it, and losing it, regaining it all in the space of weeks.  That is because it is not a place to get to, rather to ease into and to play with.  It is ever changing, a never-ending ebb and flow. 

I know I find it challenging in this modern world to “stay on top of things.”  I know you feel that too! I work 2, well 3, (let me be honest) jobs, and am a mama to 2 wonderful children, and am a wife, daughter, and friend. Staying on top of things, who am I kidding?  But, perhaps that’s the problem. The concept that we have to stay on top of things at all.  We have not been taught to tap into our innate strength and our creative core to do the work in the world we want to do, to be happy and joyous along the journey.  There is really nothing that needs “staying” on top off, only being in the present and loving each minute of it.

One piece of my self-work and work with women that has been gestating, evolving and now birthing is called Holistic Pelvic Care™, developed by Tami Kent, MSPT. This is a method of physical and energetic techniques that are designed to evaluate and restore balance in the pelvic space of the female body. This is focused healing for any woman seeking a deeper connection to her core vitality and restoration of her root health.

Why do we need root health?

Because we are women living in the modern world! There is so much to remove us from our root wisdom, our untapped creative sources and we deserve to feel our best selves!  It is my mission to help women return to the root wisdom, the innate wisdom of their bodies to live their most optimal, healthy and joyous lives.
